It's not who but how many Americans will die unnecessarily because of the fact that long term goal of Republicans is to terminate Obamacare, Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security. As Marco Rubio stated that the whole purpose of their tax bill was the initial step in removing those programs from the lives of Americans because it is the Republican idea of "freedom" for individuals while they socialize the cost of Big Business only.
