This is real- Republicans are putting into their "cut, cut, cut" tax bill repeal of the individual mandate for health insurance to pay for their tax cuts to the 1% and corporations. 



As a bonus they have inserted into their "cut, cut, cut" taix bill a provision that allows for "personhood" to start at the moment of conception.  This is a backdoor repeal of Roe vs. Wade.
