Looks like Trumplanders are afraid to let the American people know of how many former lobbyists are working in government departments due to the waiver. The true purpose of those former lobbyists will be cripple the ability of the department to carry out it's stated mission; i.e., Trump is waiving his own lobbyist rule in order for the gremlins to make government not work that is inline with Republican philosophy of "all government is bad if there are programs to help and defend people".
